Hello my name is Kathryn Stanley. I am completing my dissertation as the last requirement for a doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, Los Angeles.

Please follow the link below to fill out a questionnaire designed to measure the antecedents to innovation in organizations. This survey will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Eligible participants must be:

1)    Over 18 years of age

2)    Currently employed in an organization that employs more than 20 people.

All participants have the opportunity to win one of three $50 Amazon.com gift cards. Please forward the survey link to 5 other people outside of your organization or business unit/division who meet the eligibility criteria as noted above.  I need 350 total participants to take my survey to complete my data collection. 

Thank you for your time and assistance in sharing your perceptions about innovation.  A summary of the results will be posted here in 2012 upon completion of the study.
